Kim Ji Young was found wandering the streets and thanks to Street Peeper she was caught on film! I love how the outfit is masculine, yet it has a dash of feminism. The color toning is perfect too. My favorite thing is the Chloe pants. The color and bow are the dash I was talking about. If I were the designer of these pants, this is exactly how I would want them to be worn. Paired with the gray blazer, black shirt and kick ass booties, the off-white pants are parfait. Thank you Street Peeper once again!
